Salil Dalvi, General Manager, Wireless for NBC Universal, is responsible for the growth strategy, product development and operations for NBCU's mobile content efforts. In this role, he reports to Jean-Briac (JB) Perrette, President, NBCU Digital Distribution.
Over the past three years, Dalvi has been responsible for leading the NBCU TV Group’s entry and growth in the mobile content market. Most recently, he led the successful launch of NBC Mobile, the industry’s first made-for-mobile network news offering, and the origination of NBCU’s efforts on MediaFLO. He also led the launch of two new NBCU linear mobile channels and will continue to oversee these services. As a result, NBCU has launched a broad slate of wireless video and WAP sites and other mobile and interactive content from its top news and entertainment franchises including the "Today Show," "Saturday Night Live," "Late Night With Conan O’Brien," "The Office" and "Project Runway."
Salil started his career in Affiliate Sales and Marketing at MTV Networks, and holds an MBA from Emory University and a BS degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He currently lives in South Orange, NJ with his wife and son, Lori and Luke.

Danley has more than 13 years of product development, strategy, marketing and management experience in telecom and entertainment technology. Donald Wong

Sven Weber spent several years at Viag Interkom/O2 where he was one of the founders of an Internet Service Provider in Germany, which got acquired by Tiscali. As part of his early entrepreneurial experience by the age of 19, Sven Weber founded two media companies, a radio station and a news agency. Weber received a graduate degree in physics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.

As Senior Vice President of Sony Pictures Digital Sales and Marketing, a division of Sony Pictures Digital, Michael Arrieta is responsible for extending Sony Pictures Entertainment properties into the digital marketplace through digital sales, licensing, distribution, marketing and integrated promotions. In this role, Arrieta oversees online promotion via SonyPictures.com, mobile entertainment, and the digital sale of the studio’s film and television programming via emerging outlets worldwide.
Since he joined Sony Pictures in 1997, Arrieta has helped shape critical digital programs and has been a key driver in creating entirely new broadband business initiatives for emerging, newly empowered audiences. His leadership in the mobile entertainment arena has helped place the company at the forefront of the emerging mobile market. The division has developed an array of successful mobile entertainment offerings including games, ringtones, wallpaper, video products and other personalization products for such diverse properties as Spider-Man 2, "Wheel of Fortune," "Jeopardy!," and "Team McLaren Mercedes".
Arrieta previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances, for Sony Pictures Digital and was responsible for the creation and execution of all sales, licensing, acquisition and distribution efforts of Sony Pictures Entertainment in the digital marketplace.
Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Operations and Co-General Manager of Sony Pictures' Broadband Content Group where he oversaw the strategic development and operations for Sony Screenblast and the company's creation of original programming for the broadband marketplace.
An online entertainment industry expert, Arrieta has been central in focusing Sony Pictures' corporate development efforts in both traditional and digital media. He has helped identify and enable strategic opportunities for the company, including investments in important technology partners.
Prior to joining Sony Pictures Entertainment, Arrieta worked for 20th Century Fox and Morgan Creek Productions, and served as a strategic consultant in the Entertainment Group at Price Waterhouse.

Michael Bates is a 20-year veteran of the software industry. He has a long history of developing consumer-focused technology with a particular passion for mobile solutions. Michael is responsible for IQzone’s overall strategy including product development, financing and partnerships. He began collaborating with his long-term technology partners to develop IQzone in early 2006. Since then, the mobile camera phone and online classified advertising markets have exploded, creating optimal conditions to launch the service to consumers. Prior to IQzone, Michael spent a few years focusing on research and development in the biotech industry, at which time he also worked with non-profit organizations on medical research and fundraising. In 1999, Michael led the launch of IQorder, the first online shopping portal available via mobile devices. The company was acquired by InfoSpace in 2000. Prior to that, Michael researched and invested in emerging technologies that led to the successful launch of two companies, Software Marketing Corporation and AutoMap, which grew to combined annual sales exceeding $20 million. Software Marketing Corporation was sold to Softkey International (a division of Mattel), and Automap was sold to Microsoft. Afterwards, Michael accepted a two-year position as a Senior Publisher with Softkey. Prior to that, he joined PC Globe as Vice President of Sales and drove annual revenues to $8 million within the first year. Michael graduated from Arizona State University.

Anthony Borquez

Prior to joining Konami, Anthony was Founder and CEO of Blue Label Games, a Los Angeles-based online and mobile game developer acquired by Konami in 2006. Before starting Blue Label, Anthony co-founded Spacient Technologies, an enterprise mobile workforce management company that was later acquired by Trimble, an industry leader in GPS technology.
Anthony began teaching at the University of Southern California in 1994, where he has designed multiple video game-related courses. He currently teaches classes in video game production, engineering, cinema, and business. In 2003, he started an annual high school summer program in Video Game Design that attracts students nationwide. Anthony received his undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degrees all from the University of Southern California.

Terrence Coles

At Business Edge Solutions, Mr. Coles is the Digital Advertising Competency Co-Lead working to deliver interactive advertising and content technology solutions for Television, Internet and Mobile platforms, information and analytics to all constituencies in the communications, media and entertainment arena. He brings over 15 years of negotiating and sales experience in film, television, music, advertising and e-commerce and over 10 years of interactive and digital production experience.
He has produced interactive television and interactive branded marketing concepts from VOD to IPTV to Mobile. Prior to joining Business Edge, Mr Coles was EVP, Sales at NextMedium where he worked on development of the first marketplace solution for brand integration. Also Mr. Coles worked with Pier 3 Entertainment representing a client roster including Volkswagen, Activision, Beck’s Beer, Fuji Film, Kraft Fruit2O, Skyy Vodka, Aveda, LL Bean, Fender Musical Instruments and many others for branded entertainment and product placement opportunities in television, film, music and video games. From 1998 through 2001 he was SVP of Programming at video on demand pioneer Intertainer, Inc.
His responsibilities included contract negotiations with movie studios, cable networks, record labels and advertising agencies as well as overseeing all in-house production activities and day to day programming of the service. Mr Coles also led the content acquisition and production efforts at Intertainer producing over 50 projects ranging from interactive television programs to interactive advertising and e-commerce platforms and licensed over 1000 hours of content from feature films, documentaries and television shows to music videos. These projects have been produced for National Geographic, PBS, Discovery, Vivendi Universal Games, J Walter Thompson among others. He has held Sales and Marketing position for other media companies including Katz Communications’ Eastman Radio, Infinity Broadcasting’s KROQ FM , America Online and Lycos. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Kyle Crawford

Kyle Crawford is Director of Wireless Products for Neustar, Inc., a Sterling, Virginia based Telecommunications Company specializing in neutrality-based interoperability infrastructure for the competitive telecom industry. Kyle is responsible for Neustar’s Common Short Code (CSC) product initiatives and the CSC Adminstration (CSCA) which supports the U.S. Wireless Carrier’s nationwide registry of CSCs.
A graduate of Purdue University (B.S. Computer Science 1984), Kyle began his wireless career at PacTel Cellular from 1986 to 1990, now a part of Verizon Wireless. He has played significant roles in the development of the wireless industry including Engineering, Technology Development, IT and Product Marketing. Kyle was a part of the early carrier technology development teams at Nextel Commnications and Telus Mobility, in Toronto, developing mobile enhanced services - including SMS and OSS systems from 1992 to 2002.
Kyle is a member of the Mobile Marketing Association’s (MMA) common short code, participation TV and academic outreach committees and is Neustar’s CSC product liason with the CTIA and U.S. Carrier Working Group. His role at Neustar, Inc. includes the promotion and support of the CSC “Value Chain” including: large brands, agencies, content providers, connection aggregators, and application providers.

Friedman’s last assignments include “No Honor”*, a comic book adaptation for Gale Anne Hurd and Showtime, in addition to “Soul Patrol”*, a supernatural comedy feature rewrite for Rob Minkoff and Revolution Studios. Currently in production and scheduled for release in November 2007 is “Foodfight!”*, a computer-animated feature comedy for Threshold Digital and Lion’s Gate Entertainment.
Current projects include “Godzilla 3-D!”, an original 3-D Imax project, on which Friedman is serving as creative consultant, and “Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars”, a sci-fi/action videogame written by Friedman and just released for Electronic Arts.

Mr. Hoffman, who has served as president, CEO and COO for several other telecommunications companies, also spent 8 years with Sprint managing Sprint’s business services throughout the state of Florida. Prior to her current position, Steel was an associate director on the global Oracle account where she helped develop 10 media “firsts” in the US and another 10 globally within the first 6 months of the agency winning the account. Her client was quoted as saying, “Starcom has changed the way Oracle does marketing.”
Steele earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in advertising and marketing from Northwood University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is a Michigan native but currently resides in Chicago with her husband Matthew.

Michael runs Hands-On's technology and product development groups. Prior to joining Hands-On, Michael worked for Yahoo! where he was responsible for the Yahoo! Mobile platform and product engineering group. Before Yahoo!, Michael managed Earthlink's portal platform group, which was responsible for building the mobile platform and products, in addition to the infrastructure for cross-platform personalization, content and single-sign-on. Michael also managed the Excite Mobile team, which was responsible for building a suite of products that integrated with Excite@Home's desktop and set-top content. Michael has an AB in Physics from Harvard.

Daniel Tibbets

Daniel Tibbets brings substantial traditional and new media experience in the entertainment field to GoTV Networks. Prior to joining GoTV, he spent 16 years at the vortex of the entertainment industry and has held several senior executive roles in production and development for companies such as CBS Enterprises, Fireworks Television, Inc., Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment, and Twentieth Television.
At Twentieth Television, Tibbets ran FOXLAB, Inc. where he co-created and developed the first ever original content mobisodes, “Love and Hate” and “Sunset Hotel,” which launched in February 2005. Tibbets also developed the first convergence program to air on broadcast television at FOXLAB and is credited with the development and sale of the HBO series “ROME” from his work at Papazian-Hirsch. Tibbets graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with an emphasis in International marketing and business.

Paul Whitaker is the Games Manager for North America, a member of Nokia’s Games Management team and part of Nokia’s North American Multimedia group. He is based in San Francisco and focuses on channel development and sales.
In 2003 he joined Nokia¹s North American games team and assisted in the launch of the N-Gage and N-gage QD. Prior to his work at Nokia, Paul worked with several dot com startups. His most recent position before joining Nokia was with AnywhereYouGo.com, where he secured content for the site from partner sites and syndication feed services.
Before joining AnywhereYouGo.com, Paul worked with People Design Technology, where he performed User Interface Design research and consulting services.
